Final Paper submission is open!

Important Remarks

  • Authors are requested to follow the author guidelines in the IRS 2025 template files.

  • The final paper is a one-column text of 4 - 6 pages including figures and tables.
     
  • Each paper must be accompanied by the signed DGON Copyright Form to be submitted separately to
    dgon.bonn@~@t-online.de
     
  • At least one of the authors of each paper must accomplish the registration not later than March 25, 2025 and pay a conference fee not later than April 10, 2025 to guarantee the paper to be published in the Symposium proceedings. Each paper requires a separate registration and if the presentation is not given during the event, the paper will not be published in the symposium proceedings.
     
  • Prior to submitting the final camera-ready paper, the authors have to visit the IEEE PDF eXpress site to convert their papers from source text formats (DOC, TEX) to IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF format.
     
  • Important Deadline: Final paper submission until 25 April 2025

Instructions on how to use IEEE PDF eXpress

Attention PDF eXpress opens for IRS 2025 on 3 March 2025

First-time users should do the following:

  1. Select the New Users - Click Here link.
  2. Enter the following:
    · 64527X for the Conference ID
    · your email address
    · a password
  3. Continue to enter information as prompted. 

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Previous users of PDF eXpress

need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

Contacting PDF eXpress Support

Access the Publications Support Center for IEEE PDF eXpress.

Steps for Uploading and Checking PDF Files

  • Access the IEEE PDF eXpress site.
  • For each conference paper, click “Create New Title”.
  • Enter identifying text for the paper (title is recommended but not required).
  • Click “Submit PDF for Checking” or “Submit Source Files for Conversion”.
  • Indicate platform, source file type (if applicable), click Browse and navigate to file, and click “Upload File”.
  • You will receive online and email confirmation of successful upload.
  • You will receive an email with your Checked PDF or IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF attached.
  • Log into your IRS 2025 EasyChair account and upload your IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF as your final paper (update existing submission).
    Note: If you change anything in your Checked PDF or IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF after it has been created by the IEEE PDF eXpress site, it will not be accepted for publication.
    Please have it checked again by IEEE eXpress and only then send it via your IRS 2025 EasyChair account.
