The International Radar Symposium (IRS 2019) is held at the Maritim Hotel in Ulm, Germany, on 26–28 June 2019
All attendees including authors, chairpersons, and exhibitors are requested to complete online the IRS 2019 Registration Form, which is available on page Registration. At least one of the authors of each paper must accomplish the early-bird registration not later than May 1, 2019, to guarantee the paper to be published in the symposium proceedings. If you have problems with the online registration, please contact dgon.bonn(at)t-onlinede for providing the registration form to be sent by fax to extension +49 228-20197.19 (mark the FAX with "IRS 2019 Registration" + name of participant).
The registration desk will be open at the Maritim Hotel Ulm, Basteistraße 40, Ulm, Germany.

The conference fee includes participation in the symposium, lunches, soft drinks/coffee during breaks, symposium events, a programme booklet and a single electronic copy (USB stick) of the symposium proceedings.
In case you have special food requirements, please inform us accordingly.
An accompanying person, who does not actively take part in the symposium but who wants to attend social events, has to pay 60 € (only on-site payment).
It is generally expected that authors of papers scheduled for presentation will secure their own funding for attending the conference. Registration for the IRS 2019 is secured via payment of the appropriate registration fee.
Registration fees will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received by the IRS organizers before June 1, 2019.
The cancellation fee is 50 €.
Cancellations after June 1, 2019, and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Standard space approx. 2 m x 2 m: 1500 € + 19% VAT
The exhibition fee includes rental of the space for the full duration of the Symposium. Presenting exhibitors have to be additionally registered as a conference participant and pay the conference fee.

One electronic copy (USB stick) with Proceedings will be given to each registered participant of the symposium at the registration desk.
The IRS 2019 conference proceedings will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore digital library.

On Tuesday, June 25, 2019, a Get-Together Reception takes place in the Maritim Hotel Ulm. The Reception starts at 18:00 and lasts approximately until 21:00. Every participant of the IRS 2019 is welcome to join for professional networking.

On Thursday, June 27, 2019, the Symposium Banquet takes place in the symposium hotel. The social event starts at 19:00. Every participant of the IRS 2019 is cordially invited to enjoy the event.
