Letter of invitation for participation in the IRS 2027 INTERNATIONAL RADAR SYMPOSIUM

Participants who need to receive an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa, raise travel funds, or for administrative purposes should apply for this document as soon as possible and not later than April 30, 2027. Requests received later than this date may not be processed in time by the embassies due to high touristic season.

Please specify how you need to get the invitation letter, electronically as a PDF file or a hard copy by post. This form of invitation serves as a proof of the purpose of travel only. Supporting documents on accommodation, financial means and others need to be attached to the visa application by the applicant.

In order to receive an IRS 2027 invitation letter for a visa application, please follow the steps below:

Step 1 : Register and pay the IRS 2027 conference fee.
Step 2 :

  • First name, Family name as stated in passport
  • Date of birth
  • Passport number, Passport expiration date
  • Company/Affiliation
  • Postal address
  • Country
Step 3 : Upon receiving the IRS registration fee, invitation letters will be sent by email and by post (if necessary).
